I’m probably the biggest Accor Hotels fan at OMAAT (causing Tiffany to suggest that I should be the blog’s Accor-espondent – the best pun I’ve heard in a while). I just find that they have so many properties (particularly in Europe) in good locations, and they tend to be more affordable than other large chains while still offering global brand consistency and quality.
Accor is running a “Stay 3, Pay 2” promotion for bookings made by April 3 for stays from March 31 to through June 10, 2018. In practice, this means a 33% discount off the flexible unrestricted rate for a 3-night stay.
Rather than simply getting the third night free, the rate for each night will be reduced by a third – which can work in your favor if the third night isn’t the most expensive night of your stay.
There are few additional restrictions on the offer (for example, bookings must be made at least 10 days in advance and a couple regions have narrower available date ranges). Bookings must also be made directly on accor.com, for stays of exactly three nights, so this wouldn’t be stackable with the fourth-night-free benefit of the Citi Prestige® Card.
Here’s the (huge) list of participating properties, which includes value-priced Ibis hotels, midrange options like Mercure, and even their high-end brands such as Sofitel and Fairmont.
If you’ll be in the neighborhood of one of these hotels, and can work around the restrictions, it’s definitely worth at least comparing the rates with this promo.
Anybody planning to take advantage of this promotion?
