Amazing Deal: ~$800 Business Class Fare Roundtrip From Europe To Canada

Jet Airways has published an extremely low business class fare between Warsaw and Toronto. The roundtrip fare is ~800USD including all taxes and fees. The flight between Warsaw and Amsterdam is on LOT in business class, while the transatlantic flight is on Jet Airways (until recently they flew between Brussels and Toronto, but they switched their service to Amsterdam).

The fare is available through the end of the schedule, though there’s a six day minimum stay required on the fare. The ticket is bookable on Expedia, or any other major online travel agency.

Jet Airways has a fully flat business class product in a staggered configuration. The product is very similar to what you’ll find on Austrian, Delta, Swiss, etc. I flew them a few years back from Toronto and Brussels, and enjoyed my flight.

The fare going in the other direction is more than twice as much, and Warsaw seems to be the only origination city with a fare this low. If you’re interested in the fare I’d book as soon as possible, as I imagine it won’t stick around for long. Keep in mind that if you book through an online travel agency you’ll have 24 hours to cancel your ticket, should you decide not to take the trip.

In terms of miles, you could credit the Jet Airways flights to American or Etihad. Through American AAdvantage you’d earn 125% redeemable miles (no elite qualifying miles):

While through Etihad Guest you’d earn 150% miles:

Hopefully some of you can take advantage of this incredible fare!

(Tip of the hat to this FlyerTalk thread)

  1. Wouldn’t you earn 125% redeemable miles? 100% base miles + the 25% class of service bonus?

  2. I’ve been waiting to try LOT’s ‘seasonal salad’ in business class, this fare may finally give me the chance. Thanks!

  3. It’s a shame that fares to YYZ can be so pricey, and award availability so poor. I just booked this… but I think I’ll need to cancel. After doing the math, it’s actually $1,240 once I factor in the positioning flights. That’d be an amazing fare if I lived in Poland and wanted to go to Toronto. But as a positioning fare for two European vacations from the USA, it’s just not quite such a steal as to be worth the headache of all the transits. Now if only they’d publish this to JFK…

  4. Lucky I think these are mistakes fares. My e-ticket just came through – booked as S and K fares in economy. I wont be flying in Y for that price.

  5. Doesn’t Jet Airways have a herringbone configuration? Seatguru and their website are showing a herringbone configuration on 77W & A332 aircraft.
