Amazing InterContinetal Rates Across Europe!

IHG Rewards Club is running a pretty great flash sale for members across many of their European properties.

The sale is valid for bookings made through November 26, 2013, for stays between December 16, 2013, and January 26, 2014. The rates for participating hotels are as follows:

  • Holiday Inn Express £25 per room or €25 in Europe
  • Holiday Inn £35 per room or €35 in Europe
  • Crowne Plaza £45 per room or €45 in Europe
  • Hotel Indigo £65 per room or €65 in Europe
  • InterContinental Hotels and Resorts £125 per room or €125 in Europe

The bookings are non-refundable, though those are some incredible prices. For example, the InterContinental Le Grand Paris is on the list for just €125 per night.

The InterContinental London Park Lane is also on the list for just £125 per night.

Then there are plenty of great Crowne Plazas and Holiday Inns in great locations across Europe for much less. Anyway, the sale is limited to only 25,000 rooms, so if you’re interested you’ll definitely want to lock in your reservation as soon as possible.

The full terms are as follows:

The 25,000 room Christmas sale room-rate promotion (“Offer”) is available at participating (please see full participation list) Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Crowne Plaza, Hotel Indigo and InterContinental Hotels and Resorts hotels in Europe for standard room-only bookings for stays between 16 December 2013 to 26 January 2014. Blackout dates (days when Offer is not available) may apply in some hotels. Offer may only be booked during a 48 hour period from 25 – 26 November 2013. The prices quoted above are for standard rooms as follows: Holiday Inn Express £25 per room including free Breakfast (€25 in non-UK Europe); Holiday Inn £35 per room (€35 in non-UK Europe); Crowne Plaza £45 (€45 in non-UK Europe); Hotel Indigo £65 (€65 in non-UK Europe); InterContinental Hotels and Resorts from £125 (€125 in non-UK Europe).

  1. Too bad you cannot earn points 🙁
T&C: “Bookings in this Offer shall not earn IHG Rewards Club points.”

Would it be counted as a stay for Big Win though?

  2. Just made a reservation for four nights in january at the Crowne Plaza in Berlin for €180, 50% off the normal price. Thanks Lucky!

  3. wow. I have a reservation for the Doubletree in Amsterdam for 28k hilton points. The Crowne Plaza is 45EUR, I am guessing that is a better deal? No IHG status, HH Gold though. Any idea?

  4. @ seekingsun — That’s a toughie. I value Hilton points at maybe 0.4 cents each, so to me 28,000 points is worth ~$112. So it’s about double as much, but you’d get breakfast and internet at the Doubletree, while you’d have to pay for it at the Crowne Plaza.

I think you can’t go wrong either way.

  5. Thanks, Lucky! Got mine Crowne Plaza for 377 DKK in Copenhagen. It’s close to the airport and it saved me 40 bucks! Thanks again!!
