1. You can get in-ear noise cancelling head phones too. Sony is 1 brand I can think of that do them. If you travel often then I think this is a must have investment if you want to sleep onboard.

  2. Re: Tip # 10: I think you mean Melatonin.

    Also, Valium and Ambien are U.S. controlled substances and can become addictive… probably not the best idea if you’re doing one or two redeyes per week.

    I’d add Tip # 11: Avoid anything caffeinated just before and during the flight.
