Update: JetBlue has now added a minimum spend requirement to take advantage of this offer. You need to spend at least $2000 to get $150 off the domestic package or $2500 to get $250 off the international package.
JetBlue currently has a really great promotional offer for flight plus hotel vacation packages. For a flight plus hotel package within the United States, you can save $150 off the total itinerary. If you book an international package, you can take $250 off.
The key is that there is no minimum spend requirement.
That means you can end up with a free or almost free vacation!
The Basics of the Offer
Get even more savings on a JetBlue Vacations (air + hotel) package with the below codes when you book by 1/31/17 for travel 1/15/17 – 5/7/17.
- $150 off a continental U.S. package, use code VACATIONS150
- $250 off a non-continental U.S. package, use code VACATIONS250
How to Book
Search for your trip using the JetBlue Vacations website. I searched for a package from Long Beach to Las Vegas in February.
Select your hotel. I found it useful to sort by price.
Enter the proper promotion code.
And from there it should adjust the price.
A Few Tips
- Book each passenger separately such that you get the full discount for each one.
- You shouldn’t actually need to stay at the hotel to take the flights.
- You shouldn’t actually need to take the flights to stay at the hotel.
- If you have the JetBlue Plus Card you might even get a $100 statement credit for booking a vacation package.
- JetBlue packages come with a free checked bag.
- You can even include a rental car if you want. So it could be possible to get flight, hotel, and rental car all for free.
- I would expect to earn points for the flights as though they were booked at retail value.
- I used Google Flights to find cheap city pairs and dates.
