Register Now To Earn Up To 75,000 Bonus Hyatt Points

Yesterday Hyatt announced the details of their newest promotion, called More Points More Play. Through this promotion you can earn up to 75,000 bonus points after staying up to 25 nights between September 1 and November 30, 2016.

Well, registration for Hyatt’s new promotion is now open, so you might as well register ASAP.

Hyatt-Promotion

For the very frequent traveler, I’d say that this is the most lucrative hotel promotion being offered by any hotel loyalty program at the moment.

If you max out the promotion you earn 75,000 bonus points after 25 nights, which is 3,000 bonus points per night. I value Hyatt points at ~1.5 cents each, so to me that’s like a return of ~$45 per night. That’s a really compelling value, especially since all Hyatt hotels participate in all global promotions. Of course this promotion is significantly less compelling for the less frequent hotel guest, though even earning 5,000 points after five nights is a pretty good bonus.

To answer the most common questions regarding this promotion:

  • Points + Cash stays do qualify towards the promotion
  • Mlife stays in Las Vegas also count towards the promotion
  • AAA/corporate rates qualify towards the promotion
  • Your eligibility is determined by when you stay, and not by when you book; stays booked in the past qualify towards the promotion
  • Only one room per night can qualify towards the promotion, so you can’t book multiple rooms in order to accelerate your earnings rates towards the promotion

The full terms of the promotion are as follows:

  1. Thanks for sharing. I participated in the similar promotion they had earlier in the year; thanks to that promotion, I was able to attain Diamond status, and earn 3 free nights at the Park Hyatt Sydney for my upcoming trip. I used points & cash for most of my stays last time around.
