Hyatt has just announced a flash sale, entitled “Monsoon Flash Offer,” valid at all 19 of their hotels & resorts in India. It offers 50% off the daily rate at participating hotels, with the only downside being that rates are prepaid and non-refundable.
This sale is valid for bookings made through August 15, 2014, and for stays through January 10, 2015. However, blackout dates apply between November 1 and December 15, 2014.
The 19 participating properties are as follows:
- Park Hyatt Chennai
- Park Hyatt Hyderabad
- Park Hyatt Goa
- Grand Hyatt Goa
- Grand Hyatt Mumbai
- Hyatt Regency Chennai
- Hyatt Regency Gurgaon
- Hyatt Regency Kolkata
- Hyatt Regency Ludhiana
- Hyatt Regency Mumbai
- Hyatt Regency Delhi
- Hyatt Regency Pune
- Hyatt Place Hampi
- Hyatt Amritsar
- Hyatt Ahmedabad
- Hyatt Bangalore
- Hyatt Hyderabad
- Hyatt Pune
- Hyatt Raipur
When you go to the above pages and make a booking, you should automatically see the “Monsoon Flash Offer” listed.
Hotels in India are usually pretty reasonably priced to begin with, and even cheaper through this promotion. For example, I see the two Park Hyatt properties in India both for ~$80 per night.
The Park Hyatt Goa is $78 per night:
And the Park Hyatt Chennai is $83 per night:
City hotels are even more reasonably priced in many cases. For example, I see the Grand Hyatt Mumbai for $70 per night:
And if you want something even cheaper than that, the Hyatt Place Hampi is as little as $41 per night:
This promotion might tie in quite nicely with my upcoming trip to India on Air India and Jet Airways.
Keep in mind that even though this is called the “Monsoon Offer,” it’s not just being offered in low season. You can book for stays all the way through January 10, though there’s a six week blackout period.
This is a great chance to snag a heck of a deal on a hotel stay in India.
