Both American and Delta have published holiday videos recently. Frankly I think just about every airline is screwed after the amazing WestJet “Christmas Miracle” video, which went crazy viral, with nearly 30 million hits on YouTube:
You can’t help but feel a bit bad for American, because they made a similar video, except it’s unfortunately a hundred times less awesome:
For what it’s worth, it doesn’t seem like American was stealing WestJet’s idea, since they filmed the video on December 4.
Meanwhile Delta has a 90 second “#CheertCart” jingle:
WestJet really just ruined it for everyone else, didn’t they? 😉
