Topcashback.com Offers 3% Cashback On Hyatt Stays

A couple of weeks ago the Ebates.com shopping portal added Hyatt as a new partner, so you can earn up to 2% cashback on Hyatt stays.

It looks like the Topcashback.com shopping portal has added Hyatt as a partner as well, and as is offering 3% cashback on Hyatt stays. If you’re not yet a member you can join using my link, or feel free to post your link in the comments below.

The terms read as follows:

  • Please note; cashback is only paid out when a stay in completed and confirmed.
  • Please note; cashback is not eligible on bookings that have a travel agency IATA reference, corporate or government account code, or Gold Passport redemption code in the booking
  • Hyatt Hotels & Resorts cashback is available through Top CashBack on genuine, tracked transactions completed immediately and wholly online.
  • HYATT HOTELS & RESORTS CASHBACK can be earned simply by clicking through to the merchant and shopping online as normal.

So while corporate rates aren’t eligible, other paid rates (including AAA, senior rates, etc.) should be eligible.

While in and of itself 3% cash back isn’t a game changer, combined with the other ways to get huge discounts on Hyatt stays I outlined a couple of weeks ago, this can really add up. You can get a 10% discount on Hyatt gift cards with a Milepoint premium membership, and if you pay for it with The Starwood Preferred Guest Business Card (affiliate link) you’d earn 5% cash back plus one Starpoint (which I value at 2.2 cents each) through the American Express OPEN Savings program (up to $10,000 per year).

So that’s potentially already the equivalent of 19.5% cashback on Hyatt stays. Add in the Gold Passport points you’d usually earn for Hyatt stays, and we’re looking at an impressive return without even factoring in any promotions.

(Tip of the hat to Mike)
