In addition to all the information on mileage programs available on the web, there are also some “live” events that are a bit more thorough and compact over the coming months that are worth mentioning.
The first event is Frequent Traveler University, which will be held April 27-29, 2012, at the Sheraton Meadowlands in New York. Tickets are $99 and include access to the workshops as well as lunch on both Saturday and Sunday. There are only about a dozen seats left, so if you’re interested I suggest registering soon. While I won’t be attending, there will be lots of great seminars held by Gary, The Points Guy, etc. The tentative schedule of events can be found here.
The second such event is the Chicago Seminar Do, which will be held at the Holiday Inn Elk Grove October 12-14, 2012. Tickets are $85 and include access to the workshops, lunch, and coffee breaks. The tentative schedule of events can be found here. Many of the same speakers will be attending, and I’ll be there to cover mileage runs and award bookings.
Hope lots of you are able to attend at least one of the events, maybe both!
