Thank you for your e-mail do to the New Years Celebration I will be out of the Office on Thursday December 30, 2010 and our Sales Office will be close Friday December 31, 2010 and we will resume operation on Monday January 03, 2010.
If this is an urgent matter please feel free to contact Manager Hotel at (XXX) XXX-XXXX and they will assist you. Otherwise i will answer your message upon my return.
Thanks & have a nice day!!
Now, I’m not going to throw the hotel under the bus here, other than to bring the reply to the attention of a higher up at the hotel chain. I wouldn’t expect an “out of office” reply this poorly crafted from a Vegas motel you rent by the hour, let alone a luxury hotel!
