Incredible deals at the InterContinental Montelucia

Travelzoo has an unbeatable rate at the InterContinental Montelucia at the moment. You can make a booking for a stay through September 7 at the beautiful InterContinental Montelucia for a mere $95/night. Best of all, the annoying resort fee of $24/night is waived, and you receive a room upgrade and poolside cocktails.

Based on what I’ve heard this rate qualifies for both points and stay credits. This hotel even made the 2009 Conde Nast Hot List. I’m doing my best to find time for a weekend trip to Scottsdale, even though it’ll be rather warm.

  1. Hmm, Travelzoo says Travel dates: May 22 – June 7, but that seems to be a mistake as the IC page defaults to Sept 7 as the end date.

We went to Scottsdale last August for a weekend getaway and it was fun. Might go back this year, so thanks for the tip.

  2. @ Pat — Hmmm, good question! Gotta find time….

@ Oliver — That’s odd. I could have sworn it still said September 7 last night when I put up the link.

@ Scholar in Training — I’ve heard the staff at this hotel is pretty inexperienced, but RA benefits seem to be pretty good. They seem to get 650ish square foot suites, typically in the good “villages,” whatever that means.

    Enjoy your stay!

  3. lucky…i booked a long weekend here for my wife and i a month or so ago using a combo of cash and miles. then heard about the travel zoo offer last week. called back — directly to the hotel — and they rebooked my visit for the $95 rate. so now my two paid nights are less than one of the original paid nights. and i can save the ambassador certificate i was going to use. i highly recommend calling the hotel as the rep i got was super nice and accomodating. he confirmed i’d get the (regular) ambassador upgrade and mentioned both the waived resort fee and free drink tix.

  4. I’m happy to hear you were able to make the change, Eric. I still have to make my booking. If only there were more weekends in the year….
