Hyatt launches new concierge service…. via Twitter?!?

Well, it seems that Hyatt has joined the bandwagon in creating a twitter account. Unlike most other major companies, though, it’s not to spread their gospel. Well, at least not directly. Instead, it seems to be a “concierge service.” As they tweeted:

Thank you for finding us on Twitter. We are now available to help. Let me know if there is anything we can assist you with!

It seems to me like it’d be a challenge to provide a meaningful concierge service in 140 characters or less, but kudos to Hyatt for trying something different.
