  1. Wow… great article. It really spells it out.

    My favorite part is how United wants the author to “educate readers on why we do this.”

    Their reason? It costs United money!

    Duh. Does Untied think that we’re all in this together and that as consumers we’re out to help them make a profit? If that’s their business model, they’re in serious trouble.

  2. So I guess we should assume that United pays out more fees than they bring in from other *A members……
