Having now been in service for over six months, I feel compelled to comment on this. I have heard mixed reviews about the in-flight experience, although I’d say substantially more people were impressed than disappointed. What I can’t wrap my mind around is why they haven’t published the details to their frequent flyer program. Yes, perhaps not many people would have enough points for a free ticket, but it does give people an incentive to fly. With all of the creativity that went into this airline, I would have thought that the least of their challenges would be establishing the guidelines to their program, but I guess not. Either way I’m watching carefully and am curious to see what they end up doing…. from a distance.
